About Us

     Hill Country Plumbing was formed here in Austin in 1977 by the present owners, John and Karen Ray.  Karen's father had a plumbing company in El Paso, Tx and she also had several uncles in the plumbing business in Lubbock, Texas.  Both John and Karen worked night jobs in the beginning while the company was building its customer base.  Now with a loyal and broad customer base all over the greater Austin area,  Hill Country Plumbing focuses on residential repair plumbing and residential remodeling.  Their son John Ray Jr, has recently joined the company as part owner, resulting in an expansion of services offered and areas served.
